REQUESTING TABLE TENT SPACE
Registered Penn Groups are permitted to use one side of the triangle plexi‐glass table toppers. In order for a student to request the space, they must do the following:
- Submit an email request to: Sean.Lewis@cafebonappetit.com to request the space. Requests should be made no later than 2 weeks before the drop date.
- Approval will be granted within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, the requester must submit artwork for approval at least 1 week prior to the drop date.
- Requester must supply the printed slip sheets no later than 2 business days before the drop date to Dining in Sansom Place West.
- If the drop date is Monday, slip sheets must be provided no later than the previous Thursday.
- Slip sheets will remain in place for 1 week, unless special circumstances have been communicated.
Note:
- Requests are taken on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
- Bon Appétit at Penn Dining reserves the right to deny any request.
- Only one side can be used at any given time.
- Students can request to have their slip sheets in any or all of the all‐you‐care-to‐eat dining cafés.
- Only one request per student/student group per semester.
Creating and Providing Slip Sheets:
- Slip sheet dimensions are 3.5”w x 8.5”h
- Slip sheets can be printed on regular printer paper

- Falk: 30
- Hill House: 80
- Kings Court English House: 40
- Lauder: 40
- Total: 280
REQUESTING DIGITAL SIGNAGE SPACE
In order to request the space, you must do the following:
- Submit an email request to: Sean.Lewis@cafebonappetit.com to request the space. Requests should be made no later than 2 weeks before the drop date.
- Approval will be granted within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, the requester must submit artwork for approval at least 1 week prior to the drop date.
- Requester must supply the digital artwork no later than 2 business days before the drop date via email to Sean.Lewis@cafebonappetit.com.
- If the drop date is Monday, artwork must be provided no later than the previous Thursday.
- Digital Signage will remain in place for 1 week, unless special circumstances have been communicated.
Note:
- Requests are taken on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
- Bon Appétit at Penn Dining reserves the right to deny any request.
- Groups can request to have their digital signage in any or all of dining cafés that have digital signage (1920 Retail, 1920 Commons, Hill House, Kings Court English House, Cafe at McClelland, Mark's Cafe, Houston Market)
- Only one request per student/student group per semester.
